Steve Moore - Director/Owner

Steve Moore - Director/Owner

Has been a senior executive with a number of large NZ corporates for over 30 years.  He has had successful direct experiences and responsibilities in the areas of sales & marketing, distribution, project, general and business unit management.  Steve was previously involved in the food industry for 6 years and has owned this very successful business with his wife Dianne for over 10 years.. Craig & Dennis becoming stakeholders in 2008.

Steve is a keen salt and fresh water fisherman who chooses to release the majority of trout that he catches.  He also enjoys spending time with his gundog, Duck and Pheasant shooting and Deerstalking.

 
Craig Holley - General Manager

Craig Holley - General Manager

Has been involved in the food manufacturing industry for over 20 years.  He spent 9 of those with a multinational corporate manufacturer progressing through operations (Flour milling), quality (HACCP Auditor & Quality systems developer), logistics and distribution (Warehouse manager/ Purchasing Manager & Logistics Manager) and sales, holding senior management roles in each sector of operations.  Craig is a qualified flour miller with extensive baking experience and has been heavily involved in the development of our gluten free range and market.  He works closely with culinary clients developing value added solutions for the ever evolving Market.

Craig is a keen golfer and motor racing enthusiast.

 
Dennis Greenman  Quality Manager

Dennis Greenman Quality Manager

Has spent all of his working life in the food industry. The first five years in baking, and the balance (over 25 years) in the food flavouring and coating industry which has given him extensive knowledge of the industry sector that Profile Products specialises in.

With his lengthy employment and experience with a large international flavour house as a senior manager, Dennis has been able to introduce advanced health & safety programmes as well as GMP, ISO 9000 and HACCP programmes to Profile Products.

Dennis with his extensive industry knowledge and experience participates in the development programme of new coatings, flavourings and premixes and the running of the factory.  His very successful product development work is well known, as he is often able to `pull something special out of the bag’ much to the delight of some of our customers.

Dennis has travelled extensively through Asia and Europe and has a passion for food & fine wines.  He also enjoys boating and fishing and plays competitive Badminton.

 
Derek Robertson - Key Account Manager

Derek Robertson - Key Account Manager

After years as a Professional Chef Tutor teaching International students the culinary arts Derek Robertson (Derek the Chef) learned the importance of having the right equipment, the right ingredients but most of all the knowledge to not only produce good food in the home or commercial kitchen but also in the great New Zealand outdoors. Having the right ingredients for the dish is one of the most important aspects of cookery.

Having spent years researching and utilizing various different brands & Products Derek believes in all things New Zealand

Derek Has written 5 Cookbooks 2x under the Gone fishin Brand as well as 2x BBQ cookbooks under the Backyard Gourmet Title and his latest, The Motorhome Kitchen.

Derek enjoys the great New Zealand outdoors experience of fishing, boating, & camping.

 

Sherlyn Ng Product Development Coordinator

Sherlyn is our onsite food technologist with extensive experience in new product development, formulation refinement & nutritional requirements, Sherlyn has an in depth knowledge of HACCP and food safety systems and provides assistance on various food systems and product/process improvements to assisting our Quality Manager in refining our ever evolving quality systems.

Sherlyn enjoys creating new and exciting dishes both at the office and at home.
