Mixing Instructions for Gluten Free Pizza

To make one, 12 inch (30cm Base.  Expand and adjust to suit.

Take 240 Gms (about 2 cups) of the Pizza base powder, and place in a mixing bowl.

Add yeast to suit.

Combine dry ingredients.

Add 10 Gms (1 Tablespoon) of olive oil while beating slowly, and then add 3.7Gms (1 teaspoon) cider vinegar.

To the blending mix add 130Gms (2/3 Cup) Warm (40 deg C) water until the mix resembles dough.  With too little water the dough will “bounce” around the mixing bowl.

On to tapioca floured bench top roll out the mix to fit the pizza tin.

To pre bake prior to adding toppings

Bake in a pre heated oven at 200 Deg C for 7 minutes.

Take from oven and add your favourite topping and bake for another 7 – 10 minutes.
